Psychotherapy, or walking therapy

Confidential one-to-one support, to manifest the life you long for.

Whether you dream of a healthy relationship, improved mental health, or simply want to explore ‘what’s next?’, my mission is to help you to manifest your best life.

Psychotherapy can be time limited or open-ended. Whether we work online, in person, or side-by-side on a walk in nature near your home - even in your country outside the UK - I provide invaluable insights around how your life milestones and relationships have shaped who you are now, and I give you the tools to have compassion for yourself, heal from the issues causing you pain, and step into a life you love.

#TeamYou

It’s time to be your best self.

I work 1-to-1 with clients all over the world, all grappling with some aspect of their life, from anxiety, burnout, heartbreak, depression, coping with fame or a leadership role, to sex or relationship issues.

Along with ground-breaking articles on Sexual Anorexia for The Times, I have been commissioned to write about relationships, wellness, psychology and mental health for a variety of publications such as Stella, Evening Standard, Cosmopolitan, Daily Mail, Daily  Telegraph, and Sheerluxe. Plus, I am the author of the international best-seller Happy Relationships: at home, work and play.

I was the resident Agony Aunt for the women’s glossy Psychologies for 5 years, followed by 2 years at Healthy magazine, as well as appearing in other publications such as Tatler, Cosmopolitan, The Spectator amongst many others.

I spent 15 years working at The Priory Hospital Roehampton, and also worked at The Grace Clinic Belgravia. As well as now working in private practice in London, I also work from time to time at the Delhi Psychiatry Centre in India, and with a charity in New Delhi helping women trafficked to brothels.

Private practice

My private practice is in central London…

Clients are seen once a week, and the work is open-ended until you feel ready to leave.

My work is informed by my passion for story-telling. Our work together will give you the chance to have someone – perhaps for the first time in your life – listen to your story, help debunk the family myths, or re-write your own script for the life you long to manifest.

Qualifications

I’m registered with United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).

I have an M.A. in Psychotherapy awarded by The City University, London, and an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy, having studied for both at Regent’s College School of Psychotherapy & Counselling, London. My first degree is a B.A. in English Literature.

With regret, I do not give therapy via email or phone.
